I am cooking a cheesy chicken casserole for supper. I boiled chicken in water with s&p, chicken granules, onions, garlic, celery, thyme, sage & turmeric. I deboned the chicken saving the broth to cook the macaroni in. I then made a cheese sauce using a jar of moz cheese sauce, cream of chicken soup, milk, pepper & shredded velveeta cheese. I mixed the deboned chopped chicken & mac into the cheese sauce. Put in a 13X9 pan & put that in the fridge to wait until supper. At supper time I am going to bake @ 350 for 45 min, top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese & bake for another 15 minutes.
