- 1 lb ground beef - 1 Tbs onion powder - 1 & 1/2 tspn taco seasoning - 1 tspn beef base or 2 beef bouillon cubes - 3 ounces tomato paste - 2 cans whole or diced tomatoes - 2 cups of frozen or2 cans rinsed and drained of mixed vegetables - 1 can of cannellini or lima beans rinsed and drained. You may also use frozen - 48 ounces beef broth. Water may be substituted.

1. In a large pot over medium/high heat brown ground beef and drain. 2. Stir in onion powder and taco seasoning. 3. Stir in tomato paste and beef base. (Crumble beef bouillon cubes and add if you don't have beef base.) 4. Add 4 ounces of beef stock to deglase pot. 5. Add vegetables and stir. 6. Add beans and stir. 7. Add beef broth. 8. Bring to boil then lower heat to a simmer. 9. Simmer with partially covered with lid for 1 hour stirring occasionally. 10. SERVE AND ENJOY. ;-)
