    Italian Beef on Rolls

    1 Boneless Beef Sirloin Tip Roast 2#
    1 Can (14 1/2oz) Diced Tomatoes, undrained
    1 Medium Green Pepper, Chopped
    1/2 cup water
    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 teaspoon Fennel Seed
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    8 Hard Rolls

    Place the Roast in a 3 quart slow cooker. Add the other ingredients.
    Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is very tender.

    Remove Roast; cool slightly. Skim any fat from cooking juices. Shred beef and return to slow cooker.
    Serve on Rolls.
