    Creole Potatoes

    12 small potatoes
    1/4 cup Creole seasoning
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1/4 cup chopped rosemary


    Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain. Cut potatoes in half. Place in hot oil/butter mixture & brown. Stir potatoes so that they get coated well. Turn heat off, add seasonings & herbs, serve.

    This would be good on the grill in a foil packet!
