    Nov 9, 2017

PEARL RIVER COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

A man wanted for allegedly kidnapping and setting his girlfriend on fire in Pearl River County is on the run, and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is asking for help finding him.

MBI spokesman Warren Strain said Jerry Glenn Willis, 43, is wanted for domestic aggravated assault and kidnapping after his girlfriend, Stacey Mitchell Frank, was doused with gasoline, set on fire, and left on the side on Hwy. 11.

Strain said someone found Frank on the highway shortly after 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Family members tell us Frank is in critical condition at the University of Mississippi Medical Center Burn Unit in Jackson.

Strain said Willis is considered “dangerous.” Anyone who sees Willis should not approach him and call 911 immediately, Strain said. Authorities say Willis may be driving a black 2014 Nissan Rogue SUV.

Boyfriend sought after Picayune woman found burned alive, MBI official says

    Nov 9, 2017

A Picayune man is on the run after burning his girlfriend alive, and officials need the public’s help to find him, a Mississippi Bureau of Investigation official said.

Jerry Glenn Willis, 43, is wanted on charges of aggravated domestic assault kidnapping, said Warren Strain, communication director for MBI.

Law enforcement found 46-year-old Stacy Mitchell Frank about 11 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 11 in Pearl River County.

“She had been doused with gasoline, set afire and left beside the road,” Strain said. Frank was taken to a local hospital then transported to the University of Mississippi Medical Center Burn Unit in Jackson.

Frank and Willis list 130 George Mitchell Road in Picayune as their home address, Strain said.

Authorities believe Willis may be traveling in Frank’s SUV, a black 2014 Nissan Rogue.

Willis is considered dangerous, Strain said, and anyone with information regarding Willis’ whereabouts should call 911.

This is so horrible. My prayers for Stacy and her family speeding to the Lord.
My worst fear is dying by fire so this really strikes a chord within me.
This POS seems to like fire seeing he was trying to burn her car too. SMH.
