This is how I made ours last night.

What you'll need:
2 chuck eye steaks
2 cloves garlic
Large onion
Bell pepper
Traditional ragu in the jar
Season salt & pepper

In a casserole dish that has a cover, pour enough ragu in the bottom to cover dish. Lay the steaks on top (I didn't brown them). Spread 1 chopped clove of garlic on each one. Sprinkle pepper and season salt on. Cover each one with a thick slice of a large onion. Then put a huge slice of bell pepper on top. Then pour about 1/2 of the jar of sauce over it. Then more pepper.

I baked it covered on 300° for 2&1/2 hrs. Super tender and delicious!!
